Kidz Klub

Need to bring your kiddos with you? No problem! We have a Kids Room available for your little ones to play while you work out. The Klub is supervised by a volunteer "mom" Monday - Friday for our 8:30 & 9:30am classes - and it's FREE!!!

Classes

Class Descriptions

BARRE

Barre is an all-body workout with special emphasis on the hips and legs. Borrowing from ballet, yoga and Pilates, you’ll do smaller isometric moves that work both small and large muscle groups. Expect to break a sweat as the pace does create a cardio element to class as well. Many of the exercises are done at the barre, but also includes work on the mats, with hand weights and other props. This is a barefoot class. All fitness levels welcome.

Core De Force

Get ready to fight for it in this mixed martial arts-inspired workout. This class is designed to slash inches off your waist, blast belly fat, and sculpt total-body definition. Each exercise is designed to perform at your own pace as you are guided through each move with our instructors.

Insanity Live!

INSANITY® LIVE isn’t your ordinary cardio-conditioning class. This popular workout provides serious support and group motivation to challenge you to work toward your highest potential and unleash your inner athlete—no matter where you’re starting from.

Mat Pilates

This format focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Mat Pilates is a low impact class with modifications for all levels. Students learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. Various props (e.g. flex bands, foam rollers, rings, light weights, and balls) may be incorporated to enhance and intensify the workout. No previous Pilates experience is necessary to join a mat class.

Tabata Bootcamp

This 45 minute express class uses High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) while incorporating bands, balls, and body weight to get you burning calories and out the door. Specifically formulated to fit every fitness level, from beginner to advanced.

Train N Tone (TNT)

Work your muscles in every way possible by warming up, developing strength and improving flexibility. This dynamic class offers a variety of basic and effective exercises (resistance training and Pilates) that will create lean muscle definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat. You will utilize your own body weight, bands, fitness balls, and a choice of weights that will inspire you to get the results you came for. Be ready to have fun, work hard, and GET RESULTS!

Yoga Flow

Yoga flow offers a mixture between strength building asanas, core work, easy stretching and poses to help increase flexibility. You will go through sun salutations and have the opportunity to move through the poses with your own breath, pace and organic movements. All levels welcome!

Zumba®

Perfect For everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Zumba® Toning

Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!

The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!

Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

I was born and raised in Alaska and moved to Colorado in 2009. I did volleyball and swimming for about 10 years and Tae-Kwon-Do for 20 years. I found yoga in 2011 and ever since then have had a dedicated practice which led me to teacher training. I wanted to learn more about the practice, but never intended to teach, however an opportunity came up and with a little bit of peer pressure I am now in love with teaching!

Ines

I was born and raised on the east coast and have been living in beautiful Colorado since 2005. I enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones, crafting and hiking in this picturesque state. I also love to dance and am passionate about fitness. I have been a group fitness instructor for over thirty years with experience in PiYo, P90X, Spinning, Kickboxing, Step, Slide, Hi-Lo Cardio, Boot Camp, and the Les Mills programs Body Combat, Body Flow, Body Step, Body Pump & RPM (Cycling).

I am certified by AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America), Body Pump and PiYo. In addition, I am licensed to teach Zumba Basic 1 & 2, Zumba Sentao, Zumba Gold, Zumba Step and Zumba STRONG.

Hello everyone! My name is Melanie and I was born and raised in south central California in a little city called Bakersfield. My parents moved me to Utah when I was almost 16 and got me a membership to the local gym and have worked out ever since. My favorite is group classes and I had always wanted to teach but never felt brave enough to get up in front of people! That is, until I took my very first POUND class 2 years ago when I went back to that old gym in Utah one spring break. My old friend from high school taught it and it was love at first Pound;) She later talked me into getting certified, even if it was just for me so I agreed! After learning a lot of songs I figured I had to get out and teach since it was too fun to keep to myself . I've always loved the drums and have wanted to learn to play but adding drums to my cardio was hitting the sweet spot. I've now been certified almost 2 years this summer and still love teaching ! Pound is about really feeling and focusing on the music and rhythm while toning and shaping the body. If you have a passion for music I hope you'll join my class!

I'm a Colorado native and currently live in Parker with my husband and three kids. Fitness and health are my passion. How could I share this passion? By becoming a fitness instructor. I love helping others achieve their fitness goals by motivating and encouraging them all while have fun. I'm certified in P90X Live, Insanity Live, and Turbo Kick Live. All of which are results driven classes. Come see for yourself!

Fitness = Fun! Say what? That’s right! It took me a while to figure this one out but after taking a few classes with Trina Cernich at ParkerX Fitness club, this became my reality! After losing 46 lbs., I realized I NEED to help others do this too!

So now, I am a Zumba, Strong by Zumba and CIZE Live Fitness Instructor! (Many more certifications to come..Keep an eye out!) I motivate you to work out, without even knowing you are working out. The key is FUN! If it’s not fun, then I’m not doing my job! My goal is to have you smiling and sweating more than you ever have before… AND KEEP WANTING MORE!

Besides teaching and taking classes at ParkerX, I love to golf with my husband and spend time with our beagles, Roxy and Sambuca. I am a Business Training Consultant, as well. Teaching and training has always been my passion, whether for a company or a fitness class. Watching people grow and learn is the best feeling!
